Hi there Anon. I always have a few coconut waters on hand at home, or buy coconut water if I know I’m a little dehydrated or should have consumed more water or tea during the day. I buy organic coconut water, and only get the type that consists of coconut water only. That means the ingredients list should say something like “pure coconut water 100%” or something like that. These types are maybe one dollar or so more, but they’re so much healthier and are great for restoring lost electrolytes or if you have low potassium levels like I do sometimes. Coconut water will rehydrate you and is a better and healthier choice than vitamin waters or sports drinks. Most vitamin waters contain more sugar than cola, now I don’t know what’s healthy about that. ♥
