Breakfast from this morning: blueberries, raspberries, one banana, greek yoghurt, oats and chia seeds all made into a wonderful smoothie. 

Lunch packed for tomorrow: Homemade gluten free pizza with lots of fresh vegetables, herbs and spices; 30g mixed almonds, walnuts & cashew nuts; organic and malt free soy milk with cocoa and vanilla; a homemade & healthy cocoa cupcake with no added sugars or oils; one green apple.
